Code Review is About Learning, Not Judgment
The best code reviews I've received weren't the ones that found the most bugs — they were the ones that made me a better engineer. Frame feedback as learning opportunities, not criticisms.
Be Specific, Be Kind
Vague feedback like 'this is confusing' is useless. Specific feedback like 'this function handles three concerns — consider splitting it because of X' gives the author actionable direction.
