Day 1: The Idea
Every startup begins with a problem worth solving. Mine started with a simple frustration — there was no good tool for async team communication that didn't feel like email or Slack.
Finding Customers
The first 30 days were about validation. I spoke to 50 potential users before writing a single line of code. 80% confirmed the pain point was real and recurring.
Building the MVP
Days 31-70 were intense. I built a minimal product — just enough to test the core hypothesis. No landing page, no analytics, just a working prototype shared with 10 beta testers.
